Hot Stamping Foil Slitter Rewinder
Product highlights
- Designed specifically for the thermal ribbon and hot stamping
foil industry.
- Supplied as standard with constant gap rewinding (to produce
soft rolls) as well as contact control.
- Interchangeable shafts enabling winding on cores down to a
minimum of 25mm diameter with a maximum width of 1600mm.
- The two independently driven rewind mandrels enable 25mm core
product to be wound on one mandrel and 76mm core product on
the other.
- The two-rewind mandrels have independent diameter control
enabling independent taper tension for each mandrel.
- Tension control is fully automatic actual tension via load
cells mounted within the three tension zones on the machine
unlike competitors who calculate tension.
- These tensions are displayed in real time as bar graphs during
the full running cycle of the machine.
